Beef Wellington : Homemade puffed pastry, mushrooms  and seasonings wrapped around beef tenderloin

NY Strip: Tender wet-aged steak grilled to your liking

Bourbon Chicken: Tender chicken glazed in a rich bourbon-infused sauce

Ratatouille with Couscous Moroccan : A harmony of slow-simmered vegetables scented with Moroccan spices, served on a bed of couscous.

Henderson Chocolate Cake: Decadent, ultra-moist dark chocolate cake made with premium cocoa.
