Adult French cooking classes are here! You will learn classic techniques for making a gourmet dish. These classes will be taught by our French Master  Chef and owner François Moyet.  All the necessary tools will be provided.  

Our cooking classes are semi-interactive.  Depending on the size of the class, Chef Moyet may invite participants to assist with certain steps, making the experience more hands-on.

Each class focuses on authentic French recipes prepared with organic ingredients, with an emphasis on health-conscious cooking and gluten-free options.  Guests will enjoy learning, tasting and exploring the flavors of France in a fun and approachable way.

Learn to Make: (menu is subject to change) Chef will choose 3 items for demonstration.  Appetizer, entree and dessert.

Please call the Castle 269-344-1827 to inquire. Event tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchase, and by purchasing tickets you agree to these terms. Event tickets will not be transferable within 48 hours of purchase. Classes are held in our basement level teaching kitchen. Guests who may have difficulty walking up and down the stairs should contact the Castle in advance of ticket purchase. We require a minimum of 6 students for a successful event. In the event of low registration, registrants will have the option to be transferred or reimbursed.
