Join us Sunday September 25th at 5 pm ... Sip and Dine on a Chef's Seasonal Tasting Menu paired with a curated wine selection.
We will be pouring 4 wines paired with a seasonal 4 course dinner. Tickets $59 and include tax & gratuity.
Salad-Artisan Greens tossed with cranberry, candied pecans, and an orange honey vinaigrette
Appetizer-Chicken Roulade with boursin cheese, mushroom, spinach and cilantro balsamic drizzle.
Entree- Duo of beef tenderloin and salmon with Bernaise and pumpkin root vegetable buerre noissette
Dessert-Michigan Stuffed Apples with harvest fruit, butter and spices topped with goat cheese black pepper ice cream.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and valid government issued ID will be required to participate in the event.
